Prepare Skin (2–4 Weeks Before)

These active ingredients help to block melanin / regulate cell turnover for better results.

AHA

Glycolic acid

  • Low concentration: 5–10% (lotion/cream)
  • Gentle exfoliation, regulates turnover
  • Helps to even out before peeling

Depigmenting

Kojic acid

  • Tyrosinase inhibitor (melanin)
  • Often combined: Vit C, azelaic, arbutin

Anti-inflammatory

Azelaic acid

  • Well tolerated, anti-melanin
  • Useful for sensitive skin / spots

Retinoids

Retinol / tretinoin*

⏱ Use 2–4 weeks before peeling, then stop 3–5 days before the session. Always use SPF 50 daily.
MANDATORY NEUTRALIZATION

A neutralizing solution (often bicarbonate-based or specific water) is used to stop the action of the acid:

  • Glycolic acid (AHA)
  • Lactic acid (AHA)
  • Mandelic acid (AHA)

These peels continue to work as long as they are not neutralized. Neutralization is therefore essential to avoid burns or irritation.
⚠ Important after a peel

To protect your results and your skin:

  • SPF 50 mandatory every morning (reapply if exposed to the sun).
  • Avoid direct sun exposure, saunas, and intense exercise for 48 to 72 hours.
  • Do not pick at flaking skin.
  • Space out sessions: 3 to 4 weeks minimum.

Étape 1

Préparer

  • Nettoyant doux, peau bien sĂšche.
  • Stopper AHA/BHA/rĂ©tinol 48 h avant.
  • Patch test 24 h.
Commencer Ă  30 % si premiĂšre fois en Glycolic.
Étape 2

Appliquer

  • Fine couche uniforme (coton/gaze).
  • 1–3 passes selon % et tolĂ©rance (3–5 min).
  • Chauffement/tingling = normal.
Neutraliser seulement si la notice l’impose. Sinon rincer à l’eau froide en cas d’inconfort.

Apaiser & protéger

  • Hydratant apaisant.
  • SPF 50 quotidien.
  • Pas de gommage 7 jours.
